Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract (i.e. the day your payment was confirmed and the rental was booked).

Loss of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal is lost for a digital service contract where:

• Performance began before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period,
• you expressly consented to this before beginning of performance, and
• you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

At checkout on rentaskin.gg, you confirm via an active, unticked checkbox that you expressly request immediate performance of the rental service before the end of the withdrawal period and that you acknowledge you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e. once the Skin is made available for delivery). Where this confirmation has been given and the Skin has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal (where it has not expired as described above), you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear statement.

Your withdrawal is considered timely if you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract and the right of withdrawal has not been lost, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Where you requested immediate performance and only part of the service has been performed when you withdraw, you remain liable to pay an amount proportional to the services performed up to the point of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
